Yellow Creek Ranch consists of old southern family farms located in the rich Black Belt region of West Alabama where wild game is abundant. Yellow Creek Ranch hunting is dedicated to the 'outdoor' enthusiast. Our property is located near Demopolis in the western part of the state, an area known nationwide for its Deer population, Dove and Duck Hunting. Our property is managed to provide the hunter an opportunity for trophy whitetails and fast flying birds. Yellow Creek Ranch is located at 2977 County Road 2, within 5 miles of Demopolis, Alabama. The western part of Alabama has perhaps the highest population of wild game of anywhere in the U.S. If you are a Wing Shooting enthusiast, then you have found the right place. Start the season with one of our great weekends of Dove hunting. Doves are plentiful in the corn, milo and sunflower fields. If you are after the big game, then chase one of most sought after game animals in North America, the Whitetail Deer. Our White Tail Deer population is probably the greatest per square mile of anywhere in the U.S., yet our soils provide the minerals to produce trophy class deer. Game plots are planted each year and include corn, millet, milo, chufas, sunflowers, clover and wheat/oat green fields. This combination provides food all year long for wildlife and the hunting enthusiast more than ample game. Our mineral supplements and food supplements assist our planting in producing trophy class deer. If you enjoy hunting at it's best, then visit our ranch for a one, two, or three day trip. From Montgomery, AL: Take US HWY 80 West. Just past mile marker 39, turn right on County Road 2. Yellow Creek Ranch is approximately 3 miles on the left. From Birmingham/Tuscaloosa, AL: Take I-20/59 South. Then South on AL HWY 69. Right on HWY 80 West. Just past mile marker 39, turn right on County Road 2. Yellow Creek Ranch is approximately 3 miles on the left. Do NOT exit on county rd 2 off of Hwy 69! From Jackson, MS: Take 1-20 East to Meridian. Then I-20/59 to US HWY 80 (First exit in Alabama). Travel east through Demopolis. Travel approximately .75 miles past mile marker 38 and turn left on to County Road 2. Yellow Creek Ranch is approximately 3 miles on the left. From Mobile, AL: Follow HWY 43 North to Demopolis. At the intersection of HWY 80, turn right (East) on to HWY 80. Travel approximately .75 miles past mile marker 38 and turn left on to County Road 2. Yellow Creek Ranch is approximately 3 miles on the left.
