This facility HAS IT ALL with a large number of mature deer, food plots, hardwood bottoms, permanent streams, shooting houses, tree stands, managed 120-acre lake and 20-acre lake loaded with huge bass and bream. Privately owned with nine years under management and feeding program....FIRST TIME OFFERED FOR PUBLIC HUNTING....Owner will guide each hunter and provide transportation to and from stands with delivery of deer to nearby processor. If requested, owner will also provide pickup and delivery to airports located in Montgomery, Atlanta & Birmingham for a reasonable charge. Hunters are allowed 1 buck (8 points or better & inside spread must be outside ears) and a doe(may substitute one management buck for one doe with landowner approval.) ***Maximum number of hunters per day: 4 *** Food and lodging available for up to 6 people. All packages include fishing in managed lakes if desired. Driving Directions

From Montgomery

Take I-85 North to exit 22 (Shorter exit) turn right -- go East on Hwy 80 approx 6 miles.
Turn right on County road 13 -- go 2.5 miles and turn left on County road 19 -- go 2.0 miles;
Turn left on County road 73 (this is a dirt road); go approx. 1.5 miles and turn right into gate.
There is a grey and yellow trailer on the left of county road 73 and our locked gate is on the right.

Go through the gate about a mile, you'll go through a sharp righthand turn with a gate on your left, go another quarter mile and turn left into open gate. Go to small lake and the tractor shed on your left, turn right and follow up to the house.

If you miss the turn off the main gravel road, you will continue about another mile and a half to the big lake. Just turn around at the dam and come back.
